The Board of Directors of VSTECS wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting to be convened for the Proposed Adoption of a New Constitution of the Company. The Proposed Adoption of a New Constitution will bring the Company's Constitution in line with the Companies Act 2016 and the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

A Circular/Statement containing the details in relation to the Proposed Adoption of a New Constitution of the Company will be circulated to the shareholders of VSTECS in due course.
