Reference is made to the announcement dated 21 February 2019 where the Company intended to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting to be convened for the following proposals:-

(i) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

(ii) Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.

The Board of Directors of VSTECS wishes to announce that the Company had decided not to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting to be convened.
