Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements announced by the Company on 26 July 2017, 31 July 2017 and 2 August 2017.

The Board of Directors of ECSB wishes to announce that the Company has, on 23 August 2017, completed the Proposed Acquisition in EP as set out under item 2.2.4 of the announcement dated 26 July 2017.
