2)  The last date of lodgment : 1 Jun 2017
3)  Date Payable : 15 Jun 2017

Remarks: The above dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. If approved by shareholders, the single-tier Final Dividend is not taxable in the hands of the shareholders pursuant to Paragraph 12B of Schedule 6 of the Income Tax Act, 1967.
