Circumstances
by reason of which change has occurred

1) Disposal of 10,300,000 ordinary shares to Oasis Hope Sdn Bhd (OHSB) by Teo Soo Pin Sdn Bhd (TSP).

Dato’ Teo ceased to be interested in the balance 3,854,000 ordinary shares held by TSP in ECS ICT Berhad after the aforesaid disposal following the disposal of his entire interest in TSP.

2) Acquisition of shares from TSP by OHSB

Dato’ Teo is deemed interested in these shares by virtue of his direct interest of more than 15% in the equity of OHSB.
