The Board of Directors of VSTECS wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened for the following proposals:-
1. Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares; and 2. Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature. (Collectively referred as "Proposals") The Circular/Statement containing information on the abovementioned Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of VSTECS in due course.
